In this role, you will have the time to take top-quality service within the Road Freight (RFR) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. The role will involve training to efficiently carry out various activities, including order management corrections, customer updates, and proff, managing proof of delivery, loading/unloading, import order management, data entry for billing and invoicing, handling shipment change and updates, vetting shippers and carriers, and managing export order management through CoEx EVO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Compliance: Understand the requirements of the station’s/country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are met according to the agreed delivery guidelines.
- Service Quality: Deliver a high level of service quality through the timely and accurate completion of services.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities for improving services to our business partners.
- Issue Reporting: Promptly flag any challenges in operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for regular communication and information flow as defined for the respective service.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience:
- 0 – 3 years of job experience in the BPO or logistics domain is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) is preferred.
Communication Skills:
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical Skills:
- Detail-oriented with good logical reasoning skills.
Customer Focus:
- High level of customer-centricity.
